21 Day Fitness Reboot Course
Exercise reduces stress, clearing your thoughts and enabling you to deal with your problems more calmly. This programme is created for the busy person who knows they should be doing exercise and eating more healthy, but time is an issue, are not a member of the gym, and they need a bit of inspiration.
This programme can be done at home and you only need yourself (no equipment required) as it is body weight exercises which build with difficulty each week. The sessions take 10 to 20 minutes and are designed for someone who hasn’t exercised for a while and need a reboot to get going. The course also covers the basics of nutrition. Aimed at anyone in the practice who wants to improve their basic fitness.
