Advances in Canine Dermatology: Dermatological problems are very common in dogs and will be seen on a daily basis in general practice. Despite this, case management can be difficult and protracted; this can lead to significant frustration for both owners and clinicians if a systematic approach is not adopted. This course will update you on current good practice in the approach to, diagnosis of and treatments of dermatological problems in dogs.
This course is designed as a refresher CPD course and is composed of a series of modules, with each module containing a recorded video webinar, notes to download and keep, plus clinical cases to deepen your understanding. The webinars are not live and can be viewed whenever works best for you.
Tutored courses run with a tutor for three weeks (the advertised dates), plus you then get continued access for a further 11 months (so 12 months in total). You can do our courses at your own pace and at times that suit you. Nothing has to be done at set times, so the courses are perfect for a world-wide audience.
Tutored courses are supplemented by a discussion forum where you can ask the tutor questions and debate topics relevant to your daily practice – this forum operates for the three weeks of the advertised course dates. Total course access is 12 months. Courses are completed with an MCQ exam (giving you 8 hours of CPD) which can be taken at any time during the 12 months the course is running.
