Alasdair Hotston Moore

Alasdair Hotston Moore qualified from the University of Cambridge in 1990. Following graduation, he joined Bristol Vet School, first as Intern in Small Animal Medicine and subsequently as Resident in Small Animal Soft Tissue Surgery. He was Lecturer and latterly Senior Clinical Fellow in Small Animal Soft Tissue Surgery at Langford from 1997 until leaving in 2009.

From 2009 to 2023 he worked as a referral surgeon in private veterinary hospitals in the UK and China, and since 2023 he has been a self employed peripatetic surgeon and clinical educator, offering in clinic surgery in the south west of England and teaching internationally.

Over the last twenty years, he has taught in the UK, a dozen countries in mainland Europe, USA, China, Korea, Japan. He has also been a visiting teacher at Ross University, St Kitts.
